My Juvy Healing Journey
In 2017, I received an invitation to attend an open day at a spiritual shop. During a time when I desperately needed direction and upliftment in my life, I decided to give it a chance.
As I arrived, there was an info session about kinesiology taking place. I quietly snuck in and settled at the back of the room, unsure of what to expect. Little did I know that moment would change the trajectory of my spiritual journey.
What captivated me was the ability to access the subconscious mind and body through the tool of muscle testing. At the time, I had already been delving deeply into "shadow work," and this newfound modality fascinated me. The idea of uncovering insights about myself in such an intuitive and powerful way led me to eagerly book my first session. Since then, kinesiology has remained a cornerstone of my healing journey for many years, having been a recipient for over five years.
In 2019, I attended a bush flower essence workshop and that was that very first time I was exposed to self muscle testing. For many years since utilising this tool, I have experienced synchronicities, where what my muscle test revealed, was indeed the best outcome for myself. It was and continues to be a tool I use to lean on, and have personally deepened my understanding with and experimented with throughout the years. As a former overthinker, muscle testing has guided me back to my body and intuition, offering greater clarity.
In 2022, I made a life-changing move from Melbourne to the Gold Coast, where I discovered an incredible Neuro-Linguistic Kinesiology course. This journey gave me the courage to finally share my passion for kinesiology and muscle testing with others.
